

王禹,博士,中国药科大学工学院特聘副研究员,硕士生导师,日本JSPS特别研究员(京都大学)。2020年硕士毕业于江南大学食品工程专业。2024年博士毕业于丹麦技术大学生物技术与化学工程专业。自2025年11月任职于中国药科大学,研究方向为碳水化合物作用酶的筛选与表征、计算机辅助的酶结构设计、以及高附加值碳水化合物酶法合成等相关研究。迄今为止以第一作者/通讯作者(含共同)在JACS Au、Biotechnology Advances、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food Hydrocolloids、Carbohydrate Polymers等期刊发表SCI论文16篇,以主要发明人授权发明专利2项。
